Token system for counters

Take a token. Leave the line.

Guests scan a QR code, keep their number on the phone, and the waiting-room TV calls it when it is time.

How a visit goes

Four steps, then they can sit.

The queue stays in order. The guest does not have to stand in it the whole time.

01

Scan

A guest points their phone at the QR on the desk. That scan joins this counter’s queue.

02

Hold

The app keeps the token, for example A27, and shows how many people are still ahead.

03

Wait

They can sit. The phone is the slip. There is nothing paper to lose or trade.

04

Walk up

The waiting-room TV calls the number. When it matches the phone, they come to the desk.

Dummy numbers for a morning layout. A real screen shows only the queue that counter is serving.

Where it fits

Sample counters, same idea.

These are example rooms. Each one is a QR at the desk and a number on a television.

City Clinic

Morning tokens start at A01. Patients sit until the TV says their number.

North Cafe

The host stand QR replaces the clipboard. Tables are called on a screen by the door.

Ward desk

Visitors take a token at the counter and wait in the chairs, not in the corridor.

Style Room

A chair frees up, the TV moves, and the phone already has the same number.

Civic counter

One board for the hall. People stop asking the clerk who is next.

Parcel bay

Collection gets a token. The screen calls it when the parcel is at the desk.

Sample morning

Figures for the layout, not a live report.

Counters on one board

People stopped crowding the doorway. They sit until the screen and the phone agree.

Front desk, sample clinic

We put one QR on the host stand. The door screen calls the table. That is the whole setup.

Floor manager, sample cafe

The hall can see the number. Fewer people lean over the counter to ask who is next.

Questions

Short answers before the counter opens.

Does a guest pay for a token?

No. Taking a token in the app does not charge the guest.

Is the Android app free?

The guest app is free to install from Google Play. Venue plans start at ₹999 a month on the pricing page.

What does the TV show?

The number the room is serving, large enough to read from the chairs. It is the same queue as the phones.

Does uninstalling delete the account?

No. Uninstalling leaves the account in place. Send the request from the account deletion page

Ready when the counter is

Put the next number on a screen.

Install QLess QR, put the QR where guests arrive, and let the television call the queue. Privacy, terms, and account deletion are published on this site.
